Short P90X Review of the Program
P90X (or as it is often
wrongly called: PX90) was created by Tony Horton and he and
the program are fast becoming a household name. Tony Horton
created P90X from another program he created called Power
90. Power 90 is a great program and can get you super
ripped, however, Beachbody and Tony Horton wanted to create
something extreme so they took what they learned from Power
90 and improved it into what is now the current P90x or
Power 90 Extreme system. And they are not done yet! Be on
the lookout for “P90neXt,” or as it will be officially
called - P90X:MC2™, however this will not be coming out
until sometime in late 2011.
P90x is essentially an extreme
workout program designed specifically for those individuals
who have graduated from other basic fitness and exercise
